For Starters..

I've officially started the tomato and eggplant seed as promised.  I found a couple of substitutes for the Big Beef tomatoes that didn't arrive, viz. Better Boy and Brandywine Red.  Home Depot had a display of Burpee packets from which I chose them.  Of course, as you might expect, the absent seeds from Territorial came in the mail today.  So, I just added a few Big Beefs to the tray.  But now I've got far more tomatoes than I need.  There will only be three tomato cages in the garden, so I'm going to have to do some picking and choosing.
